People often ask me what type of style I have, and I don't really know how to answer it all the time. It's truly all over the place because I really enjoy basics and being comfortable, but if I can pull of something risky I will try it. This then makes styles I admire change all the time, and it's no different for this month. After seeing her outfit at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards and all the praise it's getting, I HAD to name Holland Roden my Style Icon for the month! I'm naming her that because she does take risks, and they pay off more often than naught.
Best know for her portrayal of Lydia Martin on 'Teen Wolf', Holland's style in and out of the show has evolved over the past few years. Her stylist, Karen Raphael, has a lot to do with that and is a huge impact on her outfit choices. Not only do I want everything in her wardrobe, but it's also super accessible for everyone to be able to. Here are my top 10 looks she's worn, and yes, her most recent one is in here! So. much. inspiration.

1. Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week - Day 7.... because that green, the lip color and her skin tone? Flawless.
2. 2015 MTV Movie Awards... The collar is so perfect with this dress, and I adore the pop of blue.
3. Just Jared's Homecoming Dance... The skirt is what makes this outfit for me.
4. "Deliver Use From Evil" NYC Screening... The proper way to do a red dress with red hair.
5. boohoo.com Hosts Private Event At Hyde Lounge For Beyonce Concert.. This is so my style.
6. 2013 MTV Movie Awards.. Reminds me of Audrey Hepburn a little.
7. Philosophy By Natalie Ratabesi - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2014.. Adore that collar.
8. 5th Annual ELLE Women In Music Celebration... What a beautiful floral.
9. Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week - DKNY Women Show.. That blue blazer is EVERYTHING!
10. Tyler Shields Debuts MOUTHFUL... It's just so perfect!

I figured I haven't done one of these in awhile, literally not since last October with Vanessa Hudgens, and decided that it was time to share a favorite fashion icon of mine at the moment. Emma Stone has been killing it lately with all of her press events and appearances for 'The Amazing Spiderman: 2'! She's been around the world since the beginning of April promoting this great movie and she's been rocking literally almost every outfit that's been at a photo call or red carpet. These looks above are just some of my top looks as they play so well into her unique style and flawlessness! What I wouldn't give to raid her closet right now. She just recently took my breath away with her gown at the Met Gala on Monday, I mean what a show stopper, and I love the fish-tail braid. (P.S. check out my Twitter and Instagram for a recap of other looks I loved the most at the event!) Emma is someone I personally look up to, not only with her fashion sense, but with her sense of humor and individuality which is why she's my style icon of May!

Well, it's that time of the month again to name a celebrity that is my current style icon/inspiration!
This month, it's Vanessa Hudgens! While she has been one of my favorites since 2007, it's only been recently where I can really appreciate her style and actually try to emulate it. She's the perfect example of a California gal that loves easy and simple pieces that can coordinate again and again. It's been a long time since her High School Musical days, and I think it's awesome that she's been able to grow in her style through the spotlight. While it might not seem like the ideal situation, it's awesome to get fashion tips from someone that has designers at her fingertips but still shops at stores like Urban Outfitters. This actress/singer is even on the cover of Marie Claire for October, and she is definitely a stunner in her spread of bodysuits and gold-enameled fingernails. I figured I'd round up some of my favorite looks of hers recently, and then put together an outfit that is inspired by this great lady!

Well, it's that time of the month again to name a celebrity that is my current style icon/inspiration!
This month, it's Vanessa Hudgens! While she has been one of my favorites since 2007, it's only been recently where I can really appreciate her style and actually try to emulate it. She's the perfect example of a California gal that loves easy and simple pieces that can coordinate again and again.
